Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Pokrit subscriptions. Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited as merchant of record, and refunds are issued through Paddle.
1. Billing
Pro and Max plans are billed monthly in advance in EUR and renew automatically until you cancel. The free trial digest is not charged.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which you are not charged again. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not by itself refund the current period.
3. 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK, you have the right to withdraw from your initial purchase within 14 days. Because Pokrit is a digital service that begins immediately, by starting to use it you acknowledge that this period may be shortened once the service has been fully provided. Where the right applies, contact us within 14 days for a full refund of that charge.
4. Other refunds
Outside the statutory withdrawal period, subscription charges are generally non-refundable, since you keep access for the period already paid. We will, however, consider refunds at our discretion — for example for a duplicate charge, a billing error, or a clear technical failure that prevented you from using the Service.
5. How to request a refund
Email tanishpreet.official@gmail.com from your account email with your purchase date and the reason. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle, usually within 5–10 business days. You may also contact Paddle directly as the seller of record.
