Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Pokrit (the "Service"), an AI-powered job-matching and daily digest product. By creating an account, uploading a résumé, or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Pokrit scans job listings, matches them against your résumé using AI, and delivers a digest of relevant roles, fit explanations, near-miss roles, and (on eligible plans) tailored cover letters. The Service is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, the accuracy of any match, or that any listing is current or genuine.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Pokrit. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure, since sign-in uses email magic links. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Subscriptions, billing and payments

Paid plans (Pro and Max) are billed monthly in advance in EUR. Our order process and payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited, who act as the merchant of record for all purchases and whose buyer terms also apply to your transaction. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorise these recurring charges.

4. Free trial

Pokrit may offer a one-time free trial digest. The trial does not require a card and does not automatically convert into a paid plan.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then and are not charged again. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload content you do not have the right to share, or anyone else's résumé without permission;
• reverse-engineer, scrape, resell, or build a competing product from the Service;
• use the Service unlawfully, or to harass, defraud, or harm others;
• attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of the résumé and information you upload. You grant Pokrit a limited licence to store and process that content solely to operate the Service for you — including sending it to our AI provider to perform matching and generate documents. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. AI-generated content

Matches, fit scores, skill suggestions, and cover letters are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review everything before relying on or submitting it. You are responsible for the content of any application you send.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Pokrit and its licensors. These Terms grant you no rights to our trademarks or code.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pokrit will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost opportunities or employment. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others. You may stop using the Service at any time.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notified by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, where the operator is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence still apply.
